Understanding (MoU) with the London Centre for Training and Strategic Studies (UK, London, 1 Coldbath Square). The agreement aims to broaden the scope of joint cooperation between the two parties through a formal framework that enhances opportunities for knowledge exchange in providing training to target individuals from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, as well as other mutually beneficial activities in the future.

The MoU is designed to deliver training programs according to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. It also covers the exchange of information and leveraging scientific and research capabilities, all of which will contribute to the skill development of the targeted human resources for both parties.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed Al Ali, Founder and Chairman of the Arabic Leadership & Foresight Agency (Dubai), and His Excellency Dr. Zarwan Mohsen, Director-General of the London Centre for Training and Strategic Studies. The signing, attended by delegations from both sides, took place on January 25th at the Centre’s headquarters in London, UK.

Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Ali affirmed that the MoU with the London Centre for Training and Strategic Studies is part of the Agency’s strategic agenda to enhance academic cooperation with leading local and international institutions and universities. He stated, “We look forward to horizons of strengthening innovation and scientific research in multiple fields,” noting that the agreement embodies their commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise that will develop joint programs, allowing targeted individuals to benefit from mutually accredited training programs with international partners under this MoU.

For his part, Dr. Zarwan Mohsen emphasized that the MoU stems from the Centre’s dedication to connecting with relevant institutions in the UAE, given its prestigious regional and international standing in the field of education. The Centre aims to achieve the MoU’s objectives by building a strong bridge with the Arabic Leadership & Foresight Agency, recognizing it as an organization that supports citizens of the GCC. He expressed his eagerness to move forward towards a strong starting point in the coming days to bring the Memorandum into effect.

Both parties expressed their gratitude for signing the MoU, which underscores the strength of international relations between the two countries in providing advanced and innovative educational services. The meeting concluded with the exchange of commemorative photos.
